Return Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement if:
The product was received damaged or defective. You received an incorrect item. The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. The return request is submitted within the allowed return period.
Return Period
Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Opened or used perfume products Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling Products without original packaging Items purchased during special promotions or clearance sales (unless defective)
Return Process
To initiate a return:

Refunds

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are generally non-refundable. If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), we may cover return shipping costs. For returns due to personal reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and the return process will apply instead.
